Ere January Be Unwintered by An Embrace Of Angels is so fucking good. I must have listened to that album about 5 times in a row all the way through last night. Do they got anymore stuff Smurf? Didn't you say they go by a different name now? Ghosts I think it was.

Lots of Screamo albums for free download...

http://freewebs.com/dk86/emo.txt I think Screamo fans on the site might be limited to me, Smurf and Sykotic to an extent but if anyone wants to download a shit load of Screamo albums to check out what its all about...well there you go. No where near all of the great Screamo bands are available...

Minus the Bear-Interpretaciones del Oso (Menos el Oso Remixes)

Yeah it's a official release. "Remix" albums are becoming quite popular with some rock bands these days. Thanks for the download I'll have to check it out.

    Do Black People Like Coldplay?

Just wondering why you are asking this question? Part of another study or something? I can't stand Coldplay but I'm white so I guess I don't count. That is one of the truest statements ever. Funny ass movie too.

    What are your thoughts on..

As much as I think Saosin was 100x's better with Ant G as lead singer I have to say I really liked this album a lot more than I thought I would. Cove isn't anywhere near as good as Ant but I thought he did a good job. Plus I liked how the songs flowed and the music overall was pretty good...

    Russian Circles

Anyone on here ever heard of these guys? I picked up their first full length titled "Enter" a few days back and it's really fucking good. They are a Post Rock three piece out of Chicago. Some of their stuff reminds me of Pelican but with their own twist to it. Russian Circles - Enter...

    You.May.Die.In.The.Desert (Post-Rock)

These guys are pretty dope, especially for a Post Rock three piece band. http://www.myspace.com/youmaydieinthedesert They are from Seattle and have one EP out titled Bears in the Yukon. It's quite different than most of the Post Rock I have heard. Download You.May.Die.In.The.Desert - Bears...

    Minus The Bear

Yeah last I heard they are in the studio again. They are also droping a remix album of Menos El Oso titled Interpretaciones del Oso in 2007. That should be interesting to say the least. I was so fucking bummed when I heard Bear Vs. Shark broke up. I like both of their albums a lot but Right...

    Minus The Bear

I personally like Underoath. A lot on here don't. To me their best album is They're Only Chasing Safety, but I did like Define the Great Line a lot too (I have the feeling Smurf is going to be shaking his head when he reads that lol) There is much better post-hardcore out there though. It's...

    Minus The Bear

Minus the Bear is dope as fuck. They are from Seattle (well some are from Tacoma too, whatever.) They are made up of ex-members of Botch (one of the best hardcore style bands ever IMO), Kill Sadie and Sharks Keep Moving ( the lead singer of Minus's old band, really good as well, you should...

The Hills May Have Eyes, But Youre Still Blind

No it's not The Fall of Troy. From what I know (which isn't much) The Hunt of Yoshi takes songs by popular and/or up and coming artists and makes them sound like old school Nintendo songs. I'm pretty sure they rename the songs though because there isn't a song by TFOT named "The Hills May Have...

Your Top Albums of 2006 [revisited] (Non Rap)

I'm already a fan of Sleep (I like a lot of "stoner rock/metal") but I have never heard of Giant before. I'll have to check them out. Crazy bit of trivia about Sleep's Jerusalem album. It was origanly one 63 minute song titled "Dopesmoker." When their label learned about it they droped them...

Your Top Albums of 2006 [revisited] (Non Rap)

I like everything Pelican has put out thus far but my favorite is Australasia. You should check it out if you liked The Fire in Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw Redstorm. They have a split with Mono that is really good too. It was only released on Vinyl but you can more than likely find the...
