Man I'm glad you brought that up because I forgot about it! Paper Trail Productions was the name of that company. Shit slapped and had a bunch of nobody rappers (at the time at least) which I thought was cool.

Tact Out Muzik and J-Locc were the same person. He also put out that B.A.R.T. To The 91Siccness compilation.

Anybody remember him making many posts looking for those Celly Cel tape-only releases that came out before Heat 4 Yo' Azz? Most people swore those tapes did not exist and that he must have imagined it. I think he just posted recently in the Classifieds section selling some shit if it's the same person. Well, you can obviously see what section I check every day.

lol he made a couple decent remixes, but overall was a shit remixer. his whole thing was "hey, this beat is tight, let me slap any random pac acapella over it and not care if it goes well with the beat or even sync the 2 up properly."

i always wondered if he made the beats and then put acapellas on top of it or if he just took acapellas and other peoples instrumentals and just synced them. i did recognize some instrumentals he used from like some old school shit
