That's why he's not the Jay Z of the Bay. Quinn is more like the Nas of the Bay because he's got that sick lyrical style. It's still a bad comparison though. Jay Z is more of a commercial rapper.

And there's a lot of other rappers in the Bay on some political shit they just don't get mentioned on the Siccness.

jay-z is a commercial rapper who comes sick. quinn does remind me a little bit but he would need bigger commercial status to be considered the jay of the west

Check out his albums. Don't judge based on his singles alone. Jay'z got a lot of deep tracks. Check out Minority Report for example off his new album.

Quinn is no different then Jay-Z. Just look at Quinn's choice of singles, "Shock the Party", "HELL YEA", etc.
