in any case...since you accept money orders/checks we I could mark the item as paid, you could mark it as shipped, and we could both leave positive feedback for each other.
But I will be left with paying eBay their fees. That mutual agreement request removes any ebay charges on my account. I think it should work out after we complete the mutual agreement..

dood, dont forget that ebay takes a percentage of the FINAL SELLING PRICE from each item sold. if the item ends at $100,000 then you'll (the seller) owe ebay some mad cash just for selling it that much (even if the buyer doesnt plan on paying) unless you file a "Non-Paying Bidder" complaint against the winning bidder and hope to get that percentage takin off your eBay Selling Account balance. just reminding you just in case you guys forgot...

oh shit, i didn't even think about that. if you're too worried you could end the auction before 12 hours is up and only have to pay the $.35 insertion fee.

LOL @ $35,100.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you ask a question that you can see on the auction???

My question would be "I was only willing to pay up to $1,000, do you have anymore?"

This is the auction of the year.. I bet you anything more people that didn't see this thread will list the same cd thinking it's really worth that much!! What will be even more hilarious if some Japanese kat ends up outbidding all of you and buys it for that much!! If that happens, I promise to share the profit to all of the bidders! LOL!! But then again, I doubt that will happen.

Yes, I am aware of that. I was planning to file a mutual agreement not to complete the sale with the buyer once it ends. Once that is processed, all of the fees will be refunded. I may just end it early just in case ebay will try to come up with some rule that will not allow me to get refunded for the fees charged against my account. eBay does come up with new rules out of nowhere.

lol its at $35,000

i have seen shit like this happen...and it's usually when business has gone bad and somebody gets fucked or does not get what they think they should have got out of a project....they then turn around and go store to store threatening anybody who sells it. As long as YOU didn't fuck her and you purchased it legally from a 3rd party I wouldnt really worry bout it.

Also, I don't know if I would be playing with my ebay account like that. I know you sell a lot of shit on there and I know ebay has to have some algorithms built in that tracks high dollar items. Don't fuck around and get your income fucked off tryna piss this broad off.

Offer to sell it to her if she wants it that bad...you already know you gotta shut down the auction so you aint gettin paid for it right now. just gone and tell her if she wants it that you want x amount of dollars to make the money back you paid for it, plus a lil extra for the courtesy.

$35,000 lol

What's goin on playboy!! Ain't heard from you in a minute.

This broad doesn't want the CD at all. She wants a % of whatever I sell it for. Basically she wants some royalty fees n shit! LOL! Ever since I e-mailed her that link on the First Sale Doctrine she hasn't responded. I plan to end this auction soon though in case eBay does fuckin pull some tricks up their sleeve to force me to pay some fees. It's a funny ass auction though. I checked earlier and its the highest selling single cd on eBay. Then again I am only selling the jewel case, but the inserts and cd is FREE!! LOL! Now I am hoping for Jay Leno to put this shit up in the Tonight Show.
