My honest professional opinion is that out of all the shit I've heard from The Bay Ya Boy is one of, if not THE premiere artist to watch for. Lyrically I have heard moments of genius from the cat and I can only hope that he continues to improve. If he only started rappin' at age 18 like his myspace page says then I think the Bay may soon have a new Crowned Prince. That is... if Taj-He-Spitz don't snatch it first. One word of advice to both though... Figure out what producer you're gonna work with and stick with him. The problem with most albums today is that they have no continuity. They sound disjointed and are all over the place. Aim for cohesiveness. Make your entire album like a single event. Like a movie. Do that and you have the whole industry at your feet. Everybody can't be a PAC when it comes to pickin' tracks so do you and let your producer do his job.
