I agree, I knew people on the Siccness wouldn't be feeling this song, because it's not "Gangster" enough or "Street"... Lol... You internet thugs crack me up. Gangster rap stopped selling years ago, get over it. This type of song is what people with money listen to, that Vegas, Hollywood club shit. People don't want to hear about bunch bullshit. You can't hate on Ya Boy for trying to get paid and blow up on this route, this is because gangster rap won't get you rich anymore. Look at THE GAME, dude has only 600k and his album has been out for almost 4 months, he used to do those numbers the first his week album dropped.

Seems like a lot of people on this board would like for Bay Area artists to stand still in a time where the soundscapes are totally changing.


I've always thought that Ya Boy was just a better than average punch line rapper, so I'm glad to see him progress and venture outside of his usual.

I mean, really should he even still be making 'Bay' music ?

Look how far that got him with his first album.

Gotta look at the bigger picture.
