say you are driving home on a main road (45-50 mph) and you notice the driver in front of you is most likely driving drunk since he is all over the place, goin up n down curbs n shit.
Do you just drive past him and let him be, or do you notify the cops of dude being a danger to himself and others?


in my particular situation i decided to call tha 911 and let them know because i myself have crashed my car twice due to being drugged the fuck out and fallin asleep(too many opiates and xanax). First time the car flipped and hit another car, second time i fell asleep and climbed the curb and hit the telephone pole at 45 mph.

As much as i hate and despise authority, the one thing i have learned from my personal experiences is that i could have easily killed a person or a family and have been sittin in prison at this moment.

i do not believe in the authority of man by another man, but this includes the authority of one man to kill another especially over a dumb mistake.
Hopefully dude either gets home safe or gets arrested and realizes, as i myself have realized, that spending some time in jail and paying fines is a greater trade off than is to kill self or others and spend the rest of his life in prison.

ps. ill have been sober for 1 year this june

its a tough situation that im sure will be looked down upon..and as lenbias said you will be called a snitch..

i dont know, i see those signs on the freeway all the time about reporting drunk drivers..shit, they need one to report dumbfuckass drivers too. non blinker using switching in and out of lanes merging with out looking while on the phone idiots...fuck them

you did the right thing breh, i was a tow truck driver and i know what drugs and moslty alcohol can do when you mix em with driving,

to this date ive lost 5 people ive went to school with to DUI crashes, 3 i would call "life friends"....

dont drink and drive...you i'gnat fucks

i mean its not like im only looking out for the family that could get killed but im also ensuring that dude doesnt end up wasting his life away in a prison cell over a decision made while being not in his right mind.
sure we all do/did it a few times and wed be very angered if it was us being reported, but i know im very thankful to have lucked out twice.

Reporting a drunk driver is not snitching. If someone thinks it is I hope they aren't able to have kids to pass on their dumbass beliefs to.

This is coming from someone who has a DUI himself as well.

Congrats on a year sober in June too breh.

Snitching is if you are sticking up people with your homie, you are the only one to get caught, and you rat them out to get off. Snitching is when your boy is moving tons of weed, you get caught with a pound of it and you rat him out to get a lighter sentence (No RedDragon). I could go on with other and more serious crimes but unless you are a complete moron you get the point.

Some faggot having no regard for innocent peoples safety and driving drunk as fuck is not snitching if you decide to call the cops. I don't even know if I would in that situation honestly, but that is not snitching.

So if a some random woman saw three people shoot some dude on the street corner, called the cops, they all got arrested and charged with his murder, then she is a snitch right? lol Okay.

Some of you fools are super goofy and live in a fantasy world from watching too many gangsta movies or listening to too many rap albums I swear.

Do you know how many of your favorite rappers have been snitches for the shit I said in the first paragraph? Probably quite a few. You know how many more would be if in that situation? A whole lot. Plus those are the times when it's actually snitching. Real gangstas, goons, street cats, fold in THOSE situations all the time.

Like I said, I don't know what I'd do honestly. I don't talk to or like the police at all. But if some fucker was damn near driving into a guard rail on the freeway.. I guess I'd have to see how I felt about it when that happened infront of me. I don't think I could live with myself if I said nothing and saw on the news he killed a family of four with two kids 30 miles down the road.

ive had this happen several times to me. Every time, it has been an old chinese person with eyeglasses. They just cant fucking drive automobiles..

I'm not saying do nothing though. You should have done the gangster thing and shot out his tires and forced him to come to a stop by ramming his vehicle. If you or anyone else got hurt, well that's the price you gotta pay to be a gangsta.

the only thing i will snitch about is if someone is harming children.. or a woman that has REALLY dont deserve it. theres only a few things i would ever ever call the cops for.. i havent called the cops since i was like 12 and my dumb ass was tryin to prank em.. needless to say they called back and i got in trouble.
