Having a child I agree... only thing you ever see on the news is drunk drivers killing innocent people on the most part.

Some of your guys lame logic = not calling the police if you saw a kidnapping or a raping. This is a whole different set of circumstances. Not street / mob code.

You know i have no problem with people being anti-establishment. But when being anti-establishment implies that you still do not think for yourself and come to your own conclusions on what is acceptable and what is not then you might as well become a cop.
i can see a lot of realness in what people are saying, but there are a few individuals who have it out to make sure they perceive themselves as anti-establishment without really realizing that whether one is all for the establishment or all against it, one is still a pawn in a game of opposites.
you are no different if you are a mindless drone listening to your peers/community telling you that authority is great and to tell on your siblings because its for the good of all, or if you are a mindless drone listening to your peers/community telling you "no snitching means no snitching, live by the rules die by the rules"

Snitchin is not talking about this type of stuff here, would I have called? Don't know, but if this guy was really swervin on the curb, obviously a danger to himself and anyone on the street then yeah he should be stopped. I would not want one of my kids being hurt because of this idiot. Now if a guy has 1 beer and he is obviously not affected by it and you go call the cops talkin about a guy just left from a bar after drinking, then yeah not cool.

LOL @ fools sayin thats snitchin...yea, until your child, or lil brother/sister, niece/nephew, cousin gets ran the fuck over.... and if you wouldve heard that people saw this cat blocks away and DIDNT SAY SHIT, you would be hot!! that phonecall would have made it possible for your loved one to still be here.
I was drivin on the 99 South goin to Stockton. I was doin about 75-80mph..had my two of my children in the car with me who were at the time 7 & 13. All I remember is I was looking down tryin to change the CD for a quick minute, and when I looked up there was a Ford F250 doin about 90mph on the wrong side of the freeway, in my lane, coming HEAD ON to my car...I whipped my shit to the right lane quicc then a muthafucca.....My life and my childrens lives flashed before because of that stupid motherfuccin bitch drivin that truck. All 3 of us couldve been gone....so what I did next was this:
911: whats your emergency?
Me: There some dumb muthafucka drivin on the wrong side of the freeway here on the 99 by Galt, come get his ass or yall will be coming to get some bodies...
911: Thank you we have gotten a few more calls about that too...
I dont look at that as snitchin, Just COMMON SENSE, somthing some of yall aint got..
