No, wouldn't burn the flag. But I would set you on fire if saw you burning a flag. How about that one?
How about what? You didn't give no reason as to why you wouldn't, other than if I see you burn it you'll just burn me. Lame ass excuse if that is your only explanation.

You sound like a professional idiot. Listen, did Gregory Lee Johnson leave the country when he burned the flag? NO! He stayed, fought for his beliefs and WON!!!! Flag burning IS protected under the Constitution, and I am having trouble connecting flag burning and the obviously flawed logic that one should leave this country if they burn them. If the flag has a negative meaning to certain people and is a symbol of oppression, why SHOULD they leave? Why shouldn't they express themselves?

Here are your own words:

For those who said they will, since you dont like america go find a country that is better if your bitching so much about it
The bold emphasis is mine, and you are saying those who said they will burn a flag should find another one (leave.) It is in black and white and you can rig it up anyway you choose, but fact of the matter is everyone now reading it will see how you are contradicting yourself.

but since your a dumbass you cant read but that aint my problem
See the above, jr.

Let me break it down since your stupid
If you are going to insult me at least have some knowledge of grammer structure. Insults are funny when they don't contain errors.

if you hate the country enough where you have no respect for it anymore and you do shit like that y are you still living there all you being is a hypocrite.
1. Flag burning is protected by the Constitution. Knowing this to be true, people can express themselves FREELY and SPEAK OUT/DEMONSTRATE by burning an american flag.

2. You have failed to provide ANY logical reasons why flag burners SHOULD leave the united states. Again, it is a right granted and protected by the constitution and people should NOT have to leave if they wish to excercise their rights.

3. One does not need to hate the country in order to burn a flag. You can burn the flag and make many different political statements.

4. You have failed to demonstrate how flag burning is being hypocritical. Again, I will remind you it is protected by the constitution, and if people want to burn a flag they have the right to do so. If people want to speak out/protest against the government they have the right to do so, and only cowards would attempt to limit these people. Also, if people did not speak out against the government you would never have the civil rights or worker movements that have helped paved the way for people such as yourself.

Nice job on trying to save your stupid ass, your still a spoil bitch.
Again, I allow room for errors (when having discussions), but if you are going to insult me make sure you at least make it funny or free of errors.

So wheres your logic?
It has been proven that you don't even comprehend your own madness, so why should you focus on my logic? However, if you want to make a fool of yourself even more, why don't you go ahead and answer the questions that I asked in my previous post.

If the flag has a negative meaning to certain people and is a symbol of oppression, why SHOULD they leave? Why shouldn't they express themselves?

Heresy has been known to float one-word statements and leave without backing shit up. Don't trip dude that's just his way. It's all good because he could not stand up to any of us, including you, in a debate.

I fought in two foreign wars....i didnt fight for my country per say...but my family...the flag is held in high regard to the military and other americans...If a flag touches the ground you suppose to destroy it....that retarded to me.Why do I put my hand on my heart and pledge allegiance to a flag...just cause some presidents wife made it?...yeah I know what it stands for and maybe on principle it should mean more to me...but I dont think I should hold a piece of cloth in high regard..loving your country and flag are two different things..

Please type in complete sentences. I can't make heads or tails of what the hell you just said.

http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/...flag_statelaws yea you can burn a flag and ill just see your ass in jail (expect for Wyoming and Alaska),
It is obvious that you do NOT have the ability to comprehend what you read. Look at the FIRST paragraph on the page you provided (all bold emphasis is mine.)

Although the U.S. Supreme Court has twice invalidated state flag laws, 47 states still have on the books laws, many modeled after the Uniform Flag Law of 1917, that prohibit the desecration of the flag or its use for advertising and publicity purposes.

First off it has already been established that the HIGHEST court in the land has TWICE invalidated state laws. Knowing this to be true, ANYONE who is prosecuted for flag burning will most likely escape the charges until congress ok's the bill or someone creates a new ammendment. Also, just because something is still on the books does NOT mean it will be enforced. Corporal punishment was not repealed in Delaware until 1972, and did you see people being flogged? NO! Second, you have the problem with DESECRATION and its definition. Also, the reason WHY flag burning is deemed "illegal" in various states is due to ARSON and PROPERTY laws. Finally, if a person is thrown in jail because of flag burning, where does that leave those who are using the flag for advertising or publicity purposes (as stated by the Uniform Flag Law.)

y would you wanna go to jail over stupid shit anyways
People have gone to jail for far less serious things. Rosa Parks went to jail for not giving her seat to a white man. If you have EVER had STRONG convictions pertaining to anything remotely important (I seriously doubt you have), you would understand why someone would want to go to jail for it.

that you could of just kept your mouth shit about or just did a different way of protesting.
Yes, thats it:

"why yes massa, I be a good ole boy and bees keepin mah mouth shut jus becuz you dont be likens da way ah be protestin dat der opreshun n dem laws"

now bring your damn proof of the guy that he actually got away with burning the flag and not freedom of speech i wanna see that.
I don't understand your question because it is a run on sentence. However, if you had read the different pages on the link you provided you would have come acoss this:

http://straylight.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0491_0397_ZS.html

If this is NOT what you want, I ask that you CLARIFY your question so I may answer it to the best of my ability/knowledge.

btw go ask some army vets what they think of the america flag of it means to them, then about flag burning.
I asked my father. He will get a flag when he dies and they will place one on his casket or give it to my mom. Here are his EXACT words:

"BURN THAT SONOFABITCH! I WAS A FOOL FOR FIGHTING IN THE WAR, AND IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND ME TO PRISON. "
I asked one my brothers and he said:

"Fuck the flag, if they give me one I'll get out of my coffin and burn that shit myself."

I asked the guy three houses down and he said:

"Burn the flag? Hell BURN THIS COUNTRY!"

I asked the guy around the corner (a hardcore marine) and he said:

"They left me for dead."

Anything else you want me to do?

better read that again and think about it kid, it doesnt say im saying you should leave. quit agruing on something that isnt there.
You are INSANE. It doesn't say you are saying people should leave? Here are your EXACT words!!

go find a country that is better

That came from YOU, ass! You typed that, and NOW you are making the claim that you did not mean they should leave? If you are not saying flag burners should leave what the hell are you saying?

Also, why is it that you have FAILED to answer the questions posed to you? Again, if the flag has a negative meaning to certain people and is a symbol of oppression, why SHOULD they leave? Why shouldn't they express themselves?

In closing, the HIGHEST court of the land has ruled in favor of flag burners. Until the constitution is ammended flag burning will continue, and those who are prosecuted will simply cite the sumpreme court ruling and be on their way to burning more flags! DEAL WITH IT!
