Im not disagreeing with you.. and my argument is really biased I will admit before, due to the fat that thats my Bruh. BUT what type of lyrics were YOU, personally, expecting from a song called Ballin'? Did you catch the line that says "Dumb Down The FLow SO you people understand me"? that line right there prepped you for what he was going for in the song to begin with, ya diiig? I can understand the frustration in the lyrics if the song was called "Save The World" and he was saying the same shit... now that wouldn't make any sense. But it's called Ballin'.. the nigga BALLIN' in the song. I mean we're all critics in our own right on BART, and LeftCoast415 I usually be feelin' you 85% of the time.. buuuuuuut on this one idk I just couldn't keep quiet. SO yeah I said my peace/piece..

ANYWAY on another note: look out for the video "Gettin' Money All Day" directed by BWats/Eye Go Filmz.. More of the same lyrics on there too.. The shits bananas tho.. also look out for the next leak from Big Rich's "Heart of the City".. AND come fuck wit us in Frisco @ The Room this Friday for the Scorpio BASH...

I wanna hear more shit like Heaven Knows. That's a hard beat with great lyrics, feels like they spitting from the heart for real, makes it feel more personal.

Like I said...I don't dislike the song...I like it even more since I listened to it a few more times.
I wasn't expecting anything deep on a song called "Ballin"... I just wanted to hear something I haven't heard before...a new way of saying stuff.

The reason I posted my original comment is because the first time I listened to the song, when I was listening to the first verse, my first impression about the lyrics was that i heard very similar lines from other artists the past couple of years. Didn't mean to turn it into some big discussion or anything...I was just pointing out what I noticed.


But on a different note...I'd like to put this track on my site (i could make it so its not downloadable). If someone from Big Rich's camp wants me to put it up or any other songs/videos up in the future, get at me.

Its all good pimp I knew what ur point was... I dumbed down the flow for a few joints cuz sometimes my music goes over people head... I don't know... Ballin is for the hustlas and people that's gettin money... enjoyin the fruits of our labor... ya dig?
