bong, sound like you know ya shit...you work out....?
Definately. Since I quit smoking and drinking, I've become pretty obsessed with weightlifting. I started off with your typical bodybuilding routine, ie 3 sets of 8 reps for most exercises, but am in the process of shifting into a powerlifting routine.

My current 1rep maxes are:

Bench: 245
Squat: 375
Deadlift: 495

Well.. tell me your goals. And please be more specific than "have a 6 pack" or "be hella yoked/cut."

Keep in mind that alcohol and marijuana in high doses promotes estrogen production and inhibit testosterone. You will be basically be slowing your progress if you drink and smoke too often.

Holla.

No

What comment about the supplements were u talkin about gimpypimp?
I was referring to siccfucc's post.

i dont need to do research...its just my preference. why should i have to defend my personal preferences anyway,i prefer not to take them, why do i have to justify that? couple of my friends had liver problems and another had appendicitis not too long after they started getting heavy into supplements, not saying that it was the direct cause but i just dont want to take them, big deal. i dont need to back up anything i said, its an opinion...thats like trying to defend why you dont do crack,i dont need to do research on it,i just dont want to do crack, haha
You don't have to defend or justify anything. But your comment was lame.

How are supplements for lazy people? And what supplements are you referring to?

Steroids maybe...but not your everday, over the counter supplements.

you still have to train when using steroids to get the full effect, otherwise you'll look puffy and start developing man-boobs
True...my comment on steroids was supposed to be about the side affects.

Wasn't paying attention.....

i c what you're sayin'. it's only a problem in the summer, cause then it can get too hot. besides, i don't wanna miss out on any hizoes that could be walkin down the street. having the garage door open has its pros and cons
