About the Census thing...I dunno where in San Jose they got their information, but I can pretty much guarantee you it's wrong, same goes with the California Information. It's been reported NUMEROUS times this year alone. Let me quote the state one...and I will go from there...

"Persons of Hispanic or Latino origin, percent, 2000"...this means that was the percentage ALMOST 4 years ago, it could have increased, it could have decreased..either way that information is from the year 2000. Now let's move on shall we?!? Do you think Illegal immigrants are included in this Census Information? I doubt it, if it was known about their presence in the state they would be returned to wherever they came from. So, with that said, and I know this for a fact, A SHITLOAD of the un-reported population in California comes from Mexico...immigrants live between San Diego and Sacramento, making up a LARGE portion of the population in California....but, It goes unreported because they snuck into the state, and still do to this day. I know that a shitload of people in San Jose are illegal immigrants, and even more so in the Los Angeles area.
