Why all of a sudden Mess be on that Blood Shit ?

Reel talk - All the cats in da bay I knew that were claimin' don't fuck widdit no more. Ain't no money in it. Niggaz aint stayin wit they moms no more - they had to step they game up... They had to network wit all knida folcs from all over - bangin' is just gonna hold 'em back 9 times outta ten!
As we all know- when it comes to bangin', don't nobody do it like LA (my old roommate's from Santana Blocc, Eastside Compton)... Having said that, I'll give a little slice of my personal experience in the Bay dealing wit bangin' starting from the late 80's on up...
Back in the late 80's to mid 90's, brothas in San Jose had their gang thang goin' on... At one time STGC (Seven Trees Gangsta Crip) was the deepest crip gang in Northern Cali. In an effort to clean up the city wit the 95 gang injunction, many folks got their civil rights were violated (that's why they wouldn't let the TV show,'Cops' film in SJ)... Many folks got locked up, and most of those remaining moved to Sac (Like 408FamilyGC). In 95, I was in the garage of a house offa 7Trees Blvd and there was about 20 OGz in there... But them niggaz didn't claim the bay... Actually, they was on sum "fucc da bay" shit. Back in the day, alotta folks in SJ thought Oakland cats were Bloods... Porbly cuz cats from Oakland would say, "Blood" but not in the gangbang context... but is a Brotha from the town gonna try to explain that to wut they thought wuz a "LA wannabe fake-ass Crip Nigga"? Hell naw - But them cats wouldn't mind commin' down to SJ, and sayin' "Blood" to start shit, cuz they thought the whole gangbang shit wuz stoopid... Ask any real OG from the town who used to go out to SJ back then, they'll have sumptin to say about 7Trees... It might be as simple as "Fuck dem niggaz, blud" - but that acknowledges the fact that they existed.... When I moved to the EastBay in 96, a couple cats told me about how 7Trees used to come out there startin shit, callin' 'em slobs in shit... Unlike the town, I personally know for a fact there wuz bloodz in tha 'Sco back in da day cuz I almost got smoked by one in '88 at Golden Gate Park. He asked me my age and I said, "12"... After flashing his dusty-ass pistol, he said that if I was a year older, he woulda kilt me... I wuz just fuckin' around on da playground, but I had a blue rag... I almost got jumped later that day while sleepin on a bench... Oh, BTW, don't go tellin a SOS Samoan they don't bang... Or the Tongans in EPA... Not good..
I hope y'all youngstaz don't believe wut I'm saying, cuz brothas killing brothas over colors is way more retarded than poppin' pills daily, and ridin' da yellow bus til the wheels fall off...

Um its a big difference. you can be from west oakland walkin down the street and some niggaz from the east may see you. Nuthin major will pop off maybe some mean mugs etc. Same situation in LA you wearing a red jersey or some sort of red showing your affiliation and some crips ride by, you will get hit up first then capped at second, or vice versa with no words exchanged. If it was the same are murder rate would be just as high as LA
