Tupac hands down is the greatest. He covered all aspects of his personal life that made him relatable to all walks of life. The one that stands closest to that is KRS-One. He took battle raps from the underground to the mainstream and also covered all styles of rap, but only the blacks and latinos related to him because that's who he spoke to.
