what do you all consider blowing up? I doubt even 1 of all the artists that were listed on this post are actually gonna get nationwide video play or radio play. 99% of the new rappers from the bay are garbage and unless your signed to a label like murder inc that promotes garbage and has major label support you ain't gonna blow up.

You'd be surprised at some of the open doors and opportunities some of the artists that I named have. Radio play in some KEY spots, connections with big labels, bangin music, and large shows... it don't stop for no one. The hustle must continue and it will be on and crackin!.. Grant Theft

What's the definition of "Blowin Up" though?

I'd love to see some fellow Northern Californians explode onto the scene on a nationwide scale. I'd love to see someone get massive radio play and all the perks that come wit it.

Shit I'd love just to see some of the names listed blow regionally to a point where the majors come lookin and examining the talent out here. I still think the Valley is untapped and our goal is to establish more of a serious presence club wise & mix show wise out here... in turn gaining more fans and regional support. Building a regional following with newer fans would be lovely.

I think the artist and producer that is going to blow-up on a Major type of level is Rob Lo. He is the only one with the talent and the sound to make it "BIG" right now.

I think the people that are going to blow-up on the local/regional level in 2003 are:
,Husalah
, Feako
, Hunnet Proof
, Ro Beanie
, A-Wax
, Jacka
, L-Love
and that is only if they can get the right type of promotions behind them. That putting stickers on Power Boxes and on Street Signs isn't good enough.
