who in the bay deserves to be on a rap magazine cover ?

all the above deserve it but in my opinon and this might sound funny but i dont give a shit cuz its my 2 pennies m-dash from nbd and the moonshine bandits and playa rae all deserve a spot on the front cover all three cats put in major work and are factors in the bay and watch soon will be said in the same sentence as the abpvove listed
I THINK THERES A GANG OF FOOLS THAT NEED TO MAKE THE COVERS. EVERYBODY ALREADY MENTIONED, BUT NOT YUKMOUTH. MAC DRE, ANDRE NICKATINA, X-RAIDED(WOULD MAKE A GOOD STORY), TOO SHORT. THERES A LOT MORE, BUT THE PROBLEM IS THOSE MAGS ARE ALL BASED IN NEW YORK AND SO NY IS CATCHIN ALL THE SHINE. IF IT WAS BASED IN CALI WE WOULD PROLLY CATCH A LIL MORE PUBLICITY. BUT THE WAY SHITS BEEN GOIN CALI AINT HELPIN EACH OTHER, SO YOU NEVER KNOW

Yup, Papuation, I was just going to mention Mac Dre!
Why? Well, he's maintained a strong fanbase through his own Thizz solos, comps and CDs by Dubee, Rydah J. Klyde, Sumthin Terrible, etc., and based on conversations I've read on this board and elsewhere, he's one of the few rappers who can be "funny" and yet not be taken as a "joke" himself (i.e. MD's fans can laugh at/with MD and enjoy his humor, but they also know to take him seriously when he's trying to make a point, as on "Morals And Standards", or "I've Been Down" for instance).
A lot of rappers who try to be funny will get laughs, but no respect. MD gets both. And poeple seem to like his music/comedy DVDs, which based on what little I've seen, are the funny Rap show that Snoop's DOGGY FIZZLE TELEVIZZLE wanted to be, but ultimately wasn't. Just my opinion, though...
