the first song I heard by woodie R.I.P. was "Norte Siden" back in like 2002. A homeboy from tulare county brought yoc influenced wen he moved down here. N woodie has been my favorite rapper since then.

The first time I hear him was on Norte Sidin'. I liked it, but I didn't think anything too special. That must've been in 2001 or 2002 if I'm not mistaken. Then later on that year my homeboy had that "Gats and Rivals" song along with "The Way You Feel" and that shit had me like damn, this is way different than that Darkroom Familia music I was stuck on. Slowly but surely I kept hearing more from him and his camp and eventually he was my favorite rapper. That's a trip though that his shit got to you way the hell out there tank620.

i saw the northern expozure 1 album in the store, and i bought it as a novalty item, because it said welcome to antioch on the cover, i never seen anything like that before. But then when i listened to it, it was the tightest shit i heard. This was like 1999/2000
