Good day,

I know how surprise this letter will come to you,but i would advice that you consider it as a request from a family in dare need of assistance.I am Mrs.Grace Manbasa of Gwanda town in Zimbabwe.Your contact information came to me from your country's trade journal during my search for a reliable and God fearing person that can assist me and my only son,and I quite beleive on my own that you can be of great help in this regard even if i am not acquainted to you before.

The business involves the transfer of NINETEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ONLY (US$19,500,000.00)into your account for safe keeping. This fund is inherited from my late husband who was assasinated by the president's (ROBERT MUGABE) aides in view of taking his
lands and property during the crisis last year which lead to the killing and barnishing of foreig(white) farmers. After the death of my husband on October 22nd.2005 (A day I can never forget) I was approached by our family lawyer who told me that my late husband had filed a document with him which stipulates his "WILL".In the "WILL" he specifically pointed and I quote,

In case of my absence on earth caused by death only, you should solicit for a foreigner that can assist you to transfer the money out of there (SA)for investment purposes.I have saved this money to make the future of my only son"Austin Manbasa and my wife, that was immediately the government started eyeing my business and involvements with the white farmers. Please take good care of "Austin" and your self, we shall meet to part no more.

From the above, you will understand that my future especially the future of my son depends on this money and as such I will be grateful if you can assist us in transferring this fund to your account overseas for our investments. You can contact my son"Austin" in South Africa on Telephone:+27 -783-957-055, And Email Is ([email protected])he will arrange with our lawyer for the modalities of transferring this fund without any hitch.

Good day,

The bank of Shanghai Limited holds millions of dollars in unclaimed property
and missing money. Last year alone, we collected $44.8 million, of which
less than $1 million was refunded.

The bank of Shanghai Limited unclaimed property statutes consider assets
abandoned when contact with owners is lost - typically due to an
unreported address change or the expiration of a postal forwarding order,
name change after marriage or divorce, and incomplete or illegible records.
When owners or heirs fail to claim the money over a specified number of
years known as the dormancy period, holders - including banks, brokers,
employers and life insurance companies - transfer the funds to a government
trust account in a legal process known as escheat.

Here this money awaits your claim, along with millions of unclaimed dollars held
by bank of Shanghai Limited- including $13 ! million in unredeemed savings bonds,
and hundreds of billions of dollars in unclaimed benefit checks and unclaimed entitlements.
Note in addition to those that have neglected to claim assets to which they are
directly entitled, millions of family members are unaware they’re entitled to collect
unclaimed money owed deceased relatives who passed on without leaving an updated will.
It is important that you make a proactive effort to claim this money, as most holders
of unclaimed funds make virtually no effort to locate lost owners and heirs. Claims are
generally honored in perpetuity, but there are time limits on some types of assets, so
prompt action is advised.

I have furthered my desire by acquiring the LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION.
This legal document has now given me the power to administer the funds. It is now believed
by the financial institutions involved, that the fund’s next of kin will be coming! for claims in
a short while. Do not be bothered that yo! u are no t related in any way to the unclaimed funds
as I am in position to fix your name as the next of kin.

Hopefully the whole Procedures will last only 7 working days to place you as the next of kin.
Your remuneration as the anticipated next of kin and investment manager to the funds shall
include an investment sharing ratio of 80/20. Twenty percent of gains shall be retained by
you while the balance 80% shall be for me.

PLEASE INDICATE YOUR INTEREST BY RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE FOLLOWING INFO.
Your name, address and telephone/fax numbers.

I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Lee Huai Siang Arthur
