What would you have done in this situation..?

I can't believe that everybody else is too pussy to tell you this, but Crow...you're a horrible human being. ALL you had to do was WAIT in a car, you couldn't turn on the radio to pass the time? How do you know this kid wasn't in the alley and TRYING to yell out for you to come and help him? You left a person you consider a 'friend' to die. I hope all my friends turn out to be as true as you have been. Monsters like you can sleep at night, but my question to you is how?
He apologized and said that he hoped I didn't hate him. Dude needs help seriously. I can't help him. My boyfriend has asked me nicely to never associate with this man again. It really upsets him that I waited in a bad area that late at night.
A little bit up, someone posted that I should stop associating myself with kids. I guess I've been using terminology loosely. This guy is actually 24. ( a year or so older than me.) I just use the word "kid" lightly.

I wouldn't wait for my best friend for that long, REAL TALK!! Friends don't leave each other hanging like that, with no respect to your life and what you have to do, ya know? If a friend of mine knew I had work in the morning, and knew I was being generous by donating my time and gas to help him/her out, and they did some shit like that, I'd tell 'em to eat shit and hit me up when they straighten out. I had an ex-fiance turn to meth, one of my other friends is a fuckin' loser with no direction...they can only help themselves. Take it from me, you can't HELP this cat by giving him a ride or anything else...so my advice is to just quit now. He may learn early, and change himself, or he may learn the hard way...which could mean prison or otherwise. Take care of YOU, cause you can't help him...
