but nobody could've predicted gucci mane's success. or young jeezys for that matter. i was in atl when 'so icy' dropped the worldpremierre on hot107.9and it was a hot song to me but a lot of nikkas didn't feel it. go back to the message boards archives from back then in '04-'05. folks were clowning on both jeezy and gucci said they not lyrical, can't rap etc. i think opportunity is always for grabs, anybody can make it big it's about being in the right place at the right time and that's why you have to respect atl cats they didn't ask permission to be on top they just took that sh*t. nikkas in atl back up each others sh*t promote and network together. all this negativity '"the bay aint sh*t"' woopdewoop at the end of the day its a selffulling prophecy.
