Before I even thought about picking up The Federation album i listened to it on N-RIDAZ and honestly i dont think it is worth the purchase. Every song that has potiential has been played out on the radio except Hoes in Here and that is the only song that slap on there to me. I just want to hear everyones honest opinion about the album...

the song on madden has lyrics about football. the song the cd is nothing like that, its the same song but it aint bout football. lots of people on the radio got discovered by being in the madden game. anyways cd is garbage, rick rock should of got real rappers.

I think theres 3 tracks that are sick wit it "Ghetto love", "Damn", and the one with twista "If I had a gun". But theres some other beats on that cd that are down right annoying. I was kinda surprised about tha production from Rick Rock, most of it wasn't good. Just one mans opinion though...................

better than turf talk iz yall krazy. I know the federation suppost to be putting the bay on the map. But them dudes came hella weak. Rick rock at the time must of benn selling all his beats to eastcoast cats because that cd is not the rick rock shyt I been mashing too. I give the cd a 3 out of 10.

I think some people are just on some jealous shit. What more could you fuckin ask for? and I said it before and I'll say it again. you cannot judge an album by listening on the computer. it just aint the same, especially when it comes to a rick rock beat

I dont know what happen. I thought rick rock was going to do his thing. He did it for mase,meth,busta,e-40,keak and many others. But not for the federation. This was his group and he did them wrong and they did they selfs wrong. I need that real mob shyt classic bay shyt to drop. I need that new jacka, hus, montana macks,dub20,killa tay, mess,a new quinn amd keak, I need some bay mob shyt. I caint really mob to the federation fell me

This is where they went wrong: They put to much faith in radio and the over spinning of their records has made this basically a big KMEL mix cd. Also they are relying on the whole "Hypheee" thing WAY too much...How many times can you talk about Scrappas n Pea-Coats in one album? The rapping is not good at all, but in return that shows how knockin Ric Rock's tracks are because he made them sound not only decent (on the singles), but he (with the help of E40) made them a reigional hit record with "Hyphee"....If the Bay don't get it togeather this "hyphee" music is going to kill the Bay...mark my words. The Bay is too diverse to be limited to making one kind of music...It is a trend...not a staple. WHO EVER HAS AN ALBUM THAT PUSHES SOME LIMITS AND CROSSES SOME BOUNDRIES WILL NOT ONLY CAPTIVATE THE BAY, BUT THE WHOLE COUNTRY...The Federation did what every artist should avoid having a whole album that sounds like their singles...those artist never survive...When this whole "Hyphee" craze dies so shall the Federation. Just my (and many others) opinion.
