I rented a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house for about 6 or 7 months for dumbass cheap cuz it was going to be foreclosed on.. so while I was there I got approved for a 85k loan and have been in the process of making bids on some houses. In fact, i have to go today to look at some in tracy and lathrop. 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms..
Now is the time to buy. I keep hearing an 85k house today is supposedly going to be a 100k home in bout 5 or 6 years depending on when the market hitz bottom so i see it as an investment.
