I think it’s a desperate attempt to get people to like him again and to sell his $150 dollar shoes. It shows how bad his “decision” really was. I thought for the most part it was just Cleveland fans that hated him.

I don’t think the commercial changed peoples minds one way or another. If you had no problem with him leaving…you still like him. If you didn’t like it…you probably still hate him.

weak move from a competitive standpoint?

as a competitor your ultimate goal in sports is to win championships

he put himself in a better position to do that... so how was it a weak ass move from a competitive standpoint??
It was weak because he was already on the best team in the East (at least record wise) and he said that it feels good knowing that he doesn't have to feel the pressure of going out every night having to score 30 points.

You're right about the ultimate goal is about winning championships, but just because he signed with Miami doesn't mean that he'll automatically win a ring. He's still going to have to put in work.

In terms of competitiveness, it would of been a real challenge to bring a championship to Cleveland after so many heart breaks. But he bounced and decided to take the easier route.

Gracias, Captain Obvious.
no problem dawg but what some of these sports stars dont realize is that they are role models they are in the public eye in our 24/7 media and all of their decisions and especially decesions that you make a 1 hour special out of can not only change what grown up fans think of you but what the kids think of you. so if anything his well what was i suppose to do commercial made him look like an even bigger douche bag same as it did for barkely back in the day.

if anyone knows about ruining a brand its barkely he was one of the few guys back in the day that had a shoe he goes out and does that i am not a role model commercial and his brand doesnt survive while michael jordans jumpman legacy lives and thrives on. so in short lebrons move to try and gain sympathy only makes him look even more like an asshole. is that a better statement from captain obvious???

the heat are going to win a lot of games against the bottom 90 percent of the league. those top tier teams will be their downfall. and the guaranteed wade injury.
