Shit it don't even matter. Black, white, yellow, brown, purple. If you're a female, you shouldn't even be rappin'. They all pretty weak in my opinion.

I didn't check the music cuz my computer's being screwy, but as far as I'm concerned: black, white, latino and then male, female, everyone should get a chance. If you're skilled, you're skilled.

I dont think it matters if you a male or a female if you spit tight and you a female then good job and same goes for a male ...cause there a few females out there that can smash on male rappers..so in my opinion if a female has tight spit then cool give you props but if you a female and aint got it then just give it up..

It ain't even about out rappin' me. I mean shit, I'm not a rapper myself, so if a broad be praticin' her skills and whatnot tryna make a name for herself in the rap game, she damn well be better than me for someone who's just a critic. Point being, I just don't feel female rappers of any color, plain and simple.

Only tight female MCs = Missy and of course Marvaless

Missy aint tryin to flow like a man... matter of fact, she aint tryin to flow like anybody. Thats why she's dope.

Marvaless can outflow a whole lot of other mutha fuckas on some gangsta shit. I dont give a fuck if shes female of not, when I hear her shit, it aint even a concern of mine. Wiccked is a classic album.

Tragik: If the music strikes me, it strikes me. I do NOT think a female rapper is gonna out do the men at that mannish shit, but I think she can put her own twist on it and bubble. Right now, most rappers aint talkin about shit. Its not like the late 80's or early '90's when it was more of a conscious rap thing. Nowdays, fools is talkin about bubble-gum flavors and their new deck of Uno cards. So I think that if a female rapper is talkin about somethin different that grabs people's attention (assuming she has skills), then she will do very well. I listened to your tracks and I hear you have talent. Gotta be refined, though. Your lyrics are pretty heavy.

Bottom line, a latina can make it if she's unique and not just doing the same thing everybody else is doing. If there;s no difference between you and a male rapper, I don't think people will pick you JUST because you're female. feel me. But if you have your own twist/style/content, you probably will stand out and your being female could actually help.

LAST thing:.... stay away fromt hose GOT-damn mixtapes. When I hear a mixtape I usually think of the original song and the original lyricist. They are designed to do that. But if I'm thinking about some male rapper and then I hear a female voice, it makes me crings. Just like when somebody sings over a Marvin Gaye or Al Green beat. The FIRST thing I say is, "They BET not fuck up my shit." ya hip. Those mixtapes, man.... I don't know. It already makes people compare you to somebody else right off the bat. If you are trying to show you got new flavor and style, you may not want to be connected to some beat that gets somebody thinkin about somebody else.

Keep at it; cultivate that talent. Any support you need, just let me know.

@ Sticky Green: "rappin is for men"

Man, most of these rappers is still wearin diapers and can't tell me a MUTHAFUCKIN thang. Most of em is square as a pool table and twice as green. Shit, any monkey can look like a champ with a pocket full of money and a suit on... but take away all that shit and he still a fuckin monkey. A lot of rappers are just caricatures. They really don't know whatthe hell they are talkin about (I'm talkin about the hard-core rappers) and when you sit and take away that mic and front money, they are just a kid. If rappin is for men, then a lot of people need to quit.

reverb, though. as long as you talkin about the real as you see it and been through it...THEN it doesn't matter what gender or color you are. That's when people say, "That white boy is spittin some real shit." Or, "That muthafucka right there is 100 proof." We (the public) can feel when its real. ANybody has a chance in this game if they do it real rather than as some little cartoon character talkin like shit about shit FOR shit.

Women will buy a CD faster than men. If a female rapper is good and strikes a chord in these women.... it's possible she could cater to a whole different (and more supportive) audience. But she gotta be good, and her beats have to be tight as fuck.

I expected as much coming from a generally Misogynistic group. Women have to work twice as hard, and if that's what i have to do, then so be it. For someone so closed minded to think that a woman could never come close to compare to a "Cash Money" of sort Male rapper, then surely by you not listening to the music wouldn't be any loss to anyone.

For those that support the game in all aspects, thank you. I'm not a known rapper, im not on here dreaming of "making it big" mainstream wise like a lot of these cats i see with expensive ass photodoc artwork rappin about the same old shit. I just want my words out there, i've competed in many Slams, YouthSpeaks, WritersCorps, in Washington D.C., New York, San Diego, LA, etc... As long as i can impact the lives of at least 1 person, than i am satisfied.

@Game, you wouldn't even come close to knowing how much respect i have for you. The time & dedication you put into your projects and the knowledge you speak just blows me away. I need to practice a lot, and learn how to pace myself, and as far as the mixtape comment i do agree, reason i rapped over wu tang's C.R.E.A.M is because i wanted to flip the meaning behind it, but i feel what your saying that someone wants to hear the original artist rather than some random ass person lol. I'm extremely picky when it comes to beats so when i find one i can relate to and that can relate to the song than i go for it. Thank you for the support.

@Cuddie, of course all music should come from the heart...if it doesn't than music itself is doomed...thank you for everything

Peace
