THERE WAS CHECK POINTS ALL OVER TOWN ON SAT.. THANK THE GOOD LORD I DIDNT GET PULLED OVER.. I WASNT DRIVING RECKLESS BUT I WAS BLUNTED DRIVING IN THE SAME AREA FOR AN HOUR +.. COULDNT FIND THE DAMN CLUB IN THE DAMN RAIN.. NEXT MORNING SEEN ALL THE CHECK POINTS ON THE NEWS.. AND I WAS TRIPPIN HOW I MISSED ALL OF THEM... PHEWW...

My hubby got a DUI last summer....everyone is bitching about how much it costs, but his classes (2 hours a week for 3 months) cost $410 or $490, not sure, plus he paid $125 for his SR22, He lost his license for 6 months, and our insurance is still $150 a month for an 04 Malibu AND a 83 Cutty..........it didn't cost us nearly as much as I was expecting.

I'm 24 now...

I got a DUI when I was 19....

It sucked hella bad.. lost my L's for a year... had to go to like 26 classes or something... they towed the car i had to pay to get it out of impound...

I was just posted at my friends house down the street from a burger king and some kids in the neighborhood wanted to get somethin to eat but only the drive thru was open, so me being the great guy that i am lol, offered to drive thru for'em.. well some hatin ass pig was just watchin me and i didnt break no traffic laws but he pulled me over right in front of my boys house when we were gettin back.. i parked jumped out and threw the keys into the grass and then he lit me up and was talkin about he already had his lights on pullin me over... anyway.. i didnt blow in the thing, but then got to the jail and they took blood...

at the time of the incident i was working at a winery i was 19.. it was around easter and the winery was giving free boxes of wine to all its employees 21 and up and soda to those underage... well i went up to get my shit and dude just hands me a box of wine so of coarse i took it.... that very same night i got pulled over i had a box of wine in the trunk with like 4 bottles missing... i was drunk off beer but i gave them wine bottles away..... i should have filed a lawsuit against the winery... but whatever i knew it was my fault so i didnt


i still fuck around and drive drunk a little bit tho, but not just out goin places and ridin around deep just solo and not at stupid times like friday and saturday nights....... but nowdays i will stay the night somewhere or leave my car and get a ride.....

I lucked the fuck out tho last year driving in downtown modesto got pulled over off of 2 bottles grey goose and a 30 pack between 3 of us... somehow i miraculously passed all the tests and the female cop knew i was buzzed but told me to just go home and stay off the road for the night....

you'll be alright tho man it actually could be a blessing in disguise... i know when i got mine i was driving drunk as fuck, going anywhere anytime whatever... afterwards i'm much more cautious of the way i drive..... anyways good luck

Good luck mayne! Just have Suzy bust in the courthouse with a sub machine Uzi,police might shoot but i doubt they'll hurt her.Then again u could go upstate for attempted murder.....

damn that sucks man. im about to finish my dui classes next monday. it fuckin sucks to have it on your record and all the money you have to pay. but honestly getting it has helped calm me down and humble me a bit. i feel like ive changed alot since january when i got it. if youre lucky your classes mitght be cool (they were for me) and you can learn some cool shit and grow. its bullshit, but it can change your perspective on things for the better

^Thats real talk! I was the cockiest mufucka up until i got my DUI but to be honest it does humble you, homies get pissed at me when i tell them to fall back on that shit but more and more they are gettin popped for the same shit.But like the sayin goes "u cant tell a drunk mufucka shit"

No point of going cold turkey. You're just saying you're going to quit because you're mad, upset and depressed. You should just make some adjustments when you drink. If you know you can't drive then do not drive. For some people its hard so I'm not going to expect you do be able to hand your keys over if youre drunk. My boy has 3 DUI's so don't feel so bad. Shit happens. I personally do not know how I drive drunk or with achohol in my system, but Ive never gotten a DUI. When i hop in the whip I automatically become sober. Maybe I have super natural powers? Its bananas.

You've just been lucky so far. You could be drunk and driving, and be doing an excellent job but some fucked up circumstances can get you pulled over sometimes, even for no reason. Someone else can also hit u when you're faded then if the cops come you're fucked

a dui stays on your driving record longer now right? i got one back in 2003 and it shows up on my DMV but not my insurance. the dmv told me my DUI/wet wreckless will stop showing up in nov.

......last july i got my first dui...did some time........only cuz i did some other shit like led the cop on a high speed chase for one mile.......got tazered........well yeah...did six months in tribal correctional facilities.....indian reservations got diff. laws than county, state, and federal.......like all the charges maxed out at a year apiece...got 12 months wit 6 months of it suspended.......so i served like a month each for six diff. charges...but i got to get out during the day for school release (rehabilitation over incarceration).......now if it had been county charges...my ass be in prison right now cuz a dude i know got charge almost with the same charges, just not as many and got 12 months........dui, battery, attempting to allude, obstructing, resisting, violating a court order, drunk and disorderly..................thank fuccin' god that tribal law ain't as bad as state!!!!!!!!!!1
