haha 145 aint shit, 215 is what alot of jv football players bench, step your game up! you must weigh like 115 and be 5 foot 6 if you think 145 is good

doesnt sound anything like what u just said....i mean its not like its lil scrawny ass kids who i can wrap my hand around their arm but i mean dudes who are like my size that are just really strong...

I do my 3 days a week weights, monday, wednesday and friday, but I do all of my upper body on those days, chest arms back ect.

I also do sit ups/ crunches 4-5 days a week, mon, tue, thur, fri.

And for cardio I run atleast 2k's a day 4-5 days a week, but because im unfit I only do 1k run 1k walk.

Havent lifted weight's in about 2 1/2 yr's, but i used to max bench 230 about 1 to 1 1/2 rep's.......wish i would of kept it up. I am going to start liftin again soon and it's going to be interesting to find out how much strength i've lost cuz my body mass has shrunk some what since!
