Worst way to lose weight!
If you fast yout body stores fat not burns it...worst way possible!
Drink 100 ounces or more of water a day. Stay away from caffiene and suger.
Eat 5 - 7 light meals a day (granola bar for breakfast, apple for early snack, sandwhich for lunch, carrots for afternoon snack, salad, and for dinner just eat smart...8 ounces instead of 12 for your steak...better yet eat fish or chicken. Eat a normla baked potaoe with low or non fat butter and sour cream, veggies on the side)
of course you don't have to wat the same stuff everyday but thats a good plan to follow.
Get 8+ hours of sleep...it's proven that when you get a good nights rest you help yourself lose weight.
and last but not least..MOVE AROUND! Sure going to the gym would be the ideal thing to do, but not everyone can do that...move around.
Instead of typing on the siccness for an hour..walk around your neighborhood for that hour. Go walk the park, walk the mall...it's summer go swimming..etc...
just move around!
