just watch what you eat, youll develop a good eating habit. I dont even crave fast food anymore. By Doing that i went from 242 pounds to 228.. and im still losing weight.

listen to people who actually lost the weight. not the fools thats talkin out their neck of shit they heard from somebody else.

i lost 58lbs in 3 months. go by this and it'll work...eat to kill the hunger. dont eat to get full. once you aint hungry anymore. save the rest for later. eat more meals with less food. and if youre going to skip a meal, skip dinner, dont skip breakfast

adopting a healthy diet is always good...so no argument here...but also replace some meals/snacks with whey protein isolate/concentrate and hit the weights...youll get cut up real quick
