I think you got it wrong... if you want to "cut up" then you do more reps with a lighter weight. If you want strength that's when you go low reps with more weight.

most of the supplements from GNC dont do shit.Ive tried most of them with no results.Ive noticed with creatine that as soon as i stop taking it i lose my strength.Theres some new stuff out called pump fuel and its a creatine/NO.It works pretty good.At the moment im taking the BSN mass stack and its aight.cell mass,no-xplode,nitrix,axis,and true mass.heres the website...

i got one of those alll in one home gyms sum barbells n that cosco protein thats proteins lasted over a fucking year i went from 150 allen iverson status to a nice 185 n im 5 10 im happy with how i look naked now im pretty sexy just need a tan lol its funny cuz i dont ussaly wear tight cloths like most fags so people see me n still think im skinny n shit...but the other night at a party i took my hoodie off n was wearing a normal fitting t shirt i was the biggest muscle and cock wise n the party it changed how everybody treated me it was crazy eveybody was tryna be my freind after they saw how built i was ahah a lot of peeps hate on me cuz i used to fuck around with that tweek so they assume im suct up n just got a lil bit more fat on my face for me going to jails like on that cartoon dragonball z when they go into the hyperbolic time chamber n come out all swoll lol fosho....

after your work out get some hearty type meal and one of those store bought 1000 calorie drinks. They are not all chalky like the powder and dont taste as bad. like $3.50 each and 50 grams of protein.
There's a product called SERIOUS MASS. Comes in a 6lb jar or a 12lb bag. $25-35. It's over 1400 calories in a serving. Not the best taste, but you'll gain weight if you take it in the morning and after working out.

Also make sure you acquire a gram of protein for ever pound of your body weight. For example, if you weigh 150lbs, you should be putting in 150grams of protein in your body daily. Try to eat 3-4 meals a day with an average of 50grams of prtotein a meal. Get WHEY PROTEIN. The WHEY PROTEIN comes in many flavors, fruit punk (mix with water or juice) or Srawberry, chocolate mint, cookies and cream (mix with milk).

As far as creatine, you will gain size if you take it and drink at least a gallon of water a day. There is a type of creatine called KRE-Alklyn. Its a buffered creatine and it extracts in your system all the way without releasing the chemical that effects your liver and kidneys like regular creatime monohydrate. Take creatine once in the morning after you eat, and half hour before you work out.

Remember, your diet is 75% of your results. MAKE SURE YOU EAT PLENTY of carbs and protein and take your suppliments if you want to gain size.

p.s. there are NO studies suggesting creatine monohydrate will ruin your kidneys or liver, NO2 products dont do a damn thing and are a scam

the nitro tech is a whey protein powder and some other shit like amino acids or sumthin already mixed it....i used some other shit b4, but for me personally i prefered this...not sayin its the only way 2 go but i had good results wit it...i think u were u thought i said cell tech..that was the creatine shit..i used that b4 2 but only 1 bottle cuz i read up on creatine and figured out its mostly bullshit

I don't really feel like typing right now, so in short...you gave some bad advice. Gaining or losing weight...you should never not eat.

I could be wrong but if you want to keep the mass while burning the fat... eat low fat foods but make sure they're high in protein. Eggs, Tuna, Lean Beef, Chicken (white meat) and watch the carbs. Drink a lot of water.

People who have excess fat eat like shit and don't excercise.

If you are working out and want to keep muscle and lose fat, you CAN and SHOULD eat before you go to bed. There are plenty of high protein, low-carb foods that you can eat.
