after your work out get some hearty type meal and one of those store bought 1000 calorie drinks. They are not all chalky like the powder and dont taste as bad. like $3.50 each and 50 grams of protein.
There's a product called SERIOUS MASS. Comes in a 6lb jar or a 12lb bag. $25-35. It's over 1400 calories in a serving. Not the best taste, but you'll gain weight if you take it in the morning and after working out.
Also make sure you acquire a gram of protein for ever pound of your body weight. For example, if you weigh 150lbs, you should be putting in 150grams of protein in your body daily. Try to eat 3-4 meals a day with an average of 50grams of prtotein a meal. Get WHEY PROTEIN. There is 24grams of protein in a serving, so if whatever you ate averages out to 25grams of prtoein, after you eat drink a protein shake to make up the 50grams.
The WHEY PROTEIN comes in many flavors, fruit punk (mix with water or juice) or Srawberry, chocolate mint, cookies and cream (mix with milk).
Protein is extremely important when building muscle, thats what your muscles feed off.
As far as creatine, you will gain size if you take it and drink at least a gallon of water a day. There is a type of creatine called KRE-Alklyn. Its a buffered creatine and it extracts in your system all the way without releasing the chemical that effects your liver and kidneys like regular creatime monohydrate. Take creatine once in the morning after you eat, and half hour before you work out.
Remember, your diet is 75% of your results. MAKE SURE YOU EAT PLENTY of carbs and protein and take your suppliments if you want to gain size.
