Our justice system is clearly flawed and seems to attract criminals back, like a cycle. Inner-city gangbangers will think twice about jacking the Accord down the block, or robbing the local liquor store. To cut this shit short, I think our streets will be a lot cleaner.... period.

Lots of teens and adults could use a good ass-whipping they'd never forget. It definitely works in Singapore and Malaysia, so why not implement the system here? Sure it's unconsititutional, but I believe there is not a better and more effective deterence.

Take traditional East-Asian families for example. Adults discipline their kids with belts to sticks, making sure they don't come out like societal-scum. Where has this led to? Look at the average SAT of Asian students and the Median Asian household income. Higher than that of whites and every other ethnicity. Asian families highly emphasize the importance of a proper education. STAY IN SCHOOL MUTHAFUCKAS!

Jesus. If you're simply talking about a way to ensure that criminals will stop their behavior, then why not castrate all the criminals? Or sedate them, or even lobotomize them? All better ways to curb violent behavior because they guarantee the crimes won't happen again. But that doesn't mean that it should be done.

This is not a result as to why SAT scores are better in other countries...look at how education is treated there and respected and the education system as a whole. This has nothing to do with education, homie, and nothing to do with making income.
