Our justice system is clearly flawed and seems to attract criminals back, like a cycle. Inner-city gangbangers will think twice about jacking the Accord down the block, or robbing the local liquor store. To cut this shit short, I think our streets will be a lot cleaner.... period.

Lots of teens and adults could use a good ass-whipping they'd never forget. It definitely works in Singapore and Malaysia, so why not implement the system here? Sure it's unconsititutional, but I believe there is not a better and more effective deterence.

Take traditional East-Asian families for example. Adults discipline their kids with belts to sticks, making sure they don't come out like societal-scum. Where has this led to? Look at the average SAT of Asian students and the Median Asian household income. Higher than that of whites and every other ethnicity. Asian families highly emphasize the importance of a proper education. STAY IN SCHOOL MUTHAFUCKAS!

Photos shown below was from a caning punishment brought out in Malaysia on rape charges.

Ouch.... (o_O)

Singapore does not FUCK AROUND with these dumbasses and criminals. The guy above, was caned 24 strokes for rape charges in Malaysia. Remember Michael Fay?

We did have the caning process in the US..In 1856 when Senator Sumner of Mass. gave a speech against slavery, and the representative from SC caned his ass on the Senate floor??

Ok. Let's 'talk.' Like you yourself said this sort of punishment is unconstitutional. Now do you really think the constitution would be ratified in order to allow canning? Don't you think human rights groups would have a field day on this? What about liberals? Do you really think they wouldn't do shit? So 'talk' to me. How would your proposed plan get over these hurdles?

Jesus. If you're simply talking about a way to ensure that criminals will stop their behavior, then why not castrate all the criminals? Or sedate them, or even lobotomize them? All better ways to curb violent behavior because they guarantee the crimes won't happen again. But that doesn't mean that it should be done.

Woah, slow down there Charlie. I said we "should have" the caning process and that it would be "effective", nothing about ratifying the constitution or a proposed "plan" as you put it. Stop putting words in my mouth homie.

And where did I ever put these words in your mouth? Please quote me. I'd love to see it.

This is not a result as to why SAT scores are better in other countries...look at how education is treated there and respected and the education system as a whole. This has nothing to do with education, homie, and nothing to do with making income.
