You gotta see that E-40 aint fully Independent and is in the same label as Britney Spears and Nsync or Backstreet Boys. They in the same game.
Snoop is commercial since his first full release.
Both are token commercial West Coast Rappers. I aint taken no street credibility away, but they are commercial.

and despite what many people think, Snoops still got it. although his only really good solo albums are Doggystyle and Top Dogg, i love the Eastsidaz and his guest apearances are usually good too
