The bay no question, only reason people live in the valley is because its cheaper to live in than the bay, or if you were raised there

basically my opinion on phoenix at tis point too, starting to get sick of the fucking heat. Cost of living is nice though

I might move to the Valley or another bay area outskirt if the money was right. I just don't want to spend all that extra money for rent. I'd like to be close enough to the Bay Area 2 be able to hang out there on weekends and shit, maybe Sac. The cost of living ratio from Sac to Phoenix ain't all that different. Maybe when I'm done with college
