Cheaper houses/housing out there. I'd probably own and not rent if I made the move.

But I cant stand burning ass hot weather.

Palo Alto weather shits on everything though, imo.

Its like the Lord himself vacations there from time to time incognito and he keeps it perfect for that reason.
