carlos mencia can crack whatever type of joke that he wants but it remains that whatever subcategory of joke that it is, it will be a unfunny joke.
the racial jokes just make me snarl at him a little extra.

U must not be black...I'm sure everyone that gave u props ain't black....Katt does play in weak ass movies but he ain't overrated....His shit is so Nigga Made and strictly for street niggaz and a certain type of crowd that alot if his shit u gotta be a black person from the hood to fully appreciatte his shit.....He really brings it back to the hood like most black comedians are unable to...He's not trying to crossover...The mainstream crossed over to him...That's what makes him so unique.
Carlos Mencia is his stage name. Dudes real first name is Ned. Mexican mother, Honduran (i think thats how u'd say it) father. The problem with Mencia is he doesnt make jokes, he take stereotypes and tries to blow them up, like going out into the street and yelling at a guy sitting on a bench-"Ur Asian! ur supposed to be smart! get a job!" thats not comedy or jokes, and in fact, he only got that show cuz Chappelle dropped out of his. So Comedy Central thought, well we'll take one "racist" show and replace it with another. However, theres a difference between (satire-where does Chappelle say anything racist?) and what Mencia does, which is just yell bigoted gibberish.
