i seen some dude being brought into a courtroom and he was FUCCED up, his eyes were blood shot and he had some cloth covering the lower part of his face i guess to hide his injuries from the public. he looked like some dude from mortal kombat or some shit. i couldnt read the headlines or hear what was said cause i was kinda far from the tv.. anybody know who that was and what happen to him? from the reactions of his family it seemed like he was beat up by the police or something. im guessin

it was a dude who killed a cop in the police station, then he jumped off a 3rd story window and then after that got his ass beat by the cops. i saw the same story. dude looked like hannibal with that mask on. hes a dangerous motherfucker though.

damn, good lookin tim c. i was at lunch when it came on in the lobby. i lost my appetite after i seen dude cause he looked that nasty. it kinda upset me too because i knew the cops had beat his ass, it was kinda fucced cause he looked pretty hurt and his family reactions made it even worse

The said thing is dude obviously has mental problems and his family tried to get him help which he agreed to several times. Everytime he was let go.

"Esteban Carpio insisted people were chasing him, trying to kill him. He agreed to be hospitalized at least twice in recent weeks and both times was quickly released, his stunned Roslindale family said."

``We had Faulkner Hospital come pick him up because he might be a danger, but they let him go,'' David Carpio said.

Then, about a week ago, Esteban Carpio's girlfriend in Rhode Island took him to a hospital there as his behavior grew more erratic.

Man, I dont care if he killed a cop or not, it is against the law for police to beat suspects PERIOD. Did you forget that?

Well, from all the stories I've read now (about 7 total) they all seem to agree that he escaped on foot and was surounded by dozens of police officers 3 blocks away 45min later. Even if he was trying to fight back you got dozens of cops surounding him. Self defense is out of the question at that point.

Well i guess the cops were pissed...wouldnt you if someone capped your homie in front of you?Yeah its fucked up the cops did that...no right...but everyone is human...

FUck...hes lucky he didnt get shot himself...last time i checked...if a police officer is fired upon...they have the right to shoot back...are they not???

It just pisses me off when cops feel they are above the law and get away with shit like this, regardless if a cop died or not. Police are supposed to be professionals and conduct their business at an extremely high level of precision and integrity. If they can’t keep their cool in situations like this then they should not be police officers.

But on the other hand, this is expected from the police. The police are oppressive by nature.

I completely agree...i dont like cops more than anyone else...but from a human being stand point...i understand the situation....

BUt yes...that does cross the line as a professional...hell,ive snapped at work a couple times at old jobs....very unprofessional...thus me getting fired...im only human and can only take so much..so sue me?


And like i said...dudes lucky he didnt get a cap in his ass...cops can fire on someone if shots are fired on them...

oi somethin the same happened over here bout a month back... they discharged mental dude, prolly a homicidal schitzo, out of a hospital, and he said 'if you let me go, I will kill'... so they let him go! and he ended up slashin up two people.. innocent people.
