Combs to Pay $21,000 a Month Child Support

NEW YORK - Hip-hop star Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has been ordered to pay more than $21,000 a month in child support to an ex-girlfriend with whom he has an 11-year-old son.

The order, issued Thursday by the New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division, came after Combs appealed a Westchester Family Court ruling last year that he should pay $35,000 a month. He currently pays about $5,000.


The ex-girlfriend, Misa Hylton-Brim, had sued for higher monthly payments and about $398,000 in back support for their son, Justin.


The appellate court judge awarded a lower but undisclosed amount in back support and ordered Combs to pay Hylton-Brim's legal fees. The judge set monthly support payments at $21,782.


Rob Shuter, a spokesman for Combs, said Combs would appeal the decision to the state Court of Appeals.


While separated from girlfriend Kim Porter, Combs, 35, was also sued for child support for their son, Christian. He pays Porter, a model, about $30,000 a month.

I would try and get custody...I would not want to pay NO female money so she can live the HIGH LIFE(If I was rich)..because obviously it aint ALL going towards the kid..

Honestly though... a mil will buy her a nice house, a car, and a new wardrobe. Thats probably about it, and thats if the kid aint seein none of it. SO all Puff can do is charge that to the game and call it a day. He'll just end up wasting more money trying to appeal the shit.

how do they figure that out, if youre paying $400, why is he paying $21000? I dont see the logic? yea hes a megalomilionare but what does that matter. besides the obvious genetics, whats the difference between your childs support and puffys child ?

Im sure it is easier said than done..no doubt...but it is possible, right or wrong?


the only way to NOT have kids guaranteed is dont have sex, but people aint trying to do that, so the next best things is wrap it up like you said...oh yeah, bring your own condom, dont use the one she gives you, especially if she has a reputation of being a ho, because you never know, some of theses TRIFLON females poke holes in them and try to get pregnant.
