Yea they do. They have to put him in PC (by law), they're not allowed to put guys like that in General Pop.

IF they dropped him in General Population, he would be dead within the first day that it was known who he was and what he did.

forget about the death penalty, they should let the victims family put hands on dude and smother him themselves if they wanted to :classic:

It's typically cheaper to put someone away for life then go the death penalty route.


with that said they should shoot him in his knee caps and make him jump rope
