for argument's sake, what makes bush a dictator compared to the ones on the list. Why should he be number one or even be on the list?

Bush isn't a Dictator, he's just a HORRIBLE "President."

Although, I wouldn't call someone that's not directly elected by the "people" a "real" president. More of a staged puppet...oh wait, that's what all of them are....fuck, I'm on a roll without even trying.....lol...

Allegedly last military regime ended 2011 and presidency was reinstituted...will have to research these great leaders of Burma.

Oh shit, nevermind, this was either the UN peacekeepers or CIA operative that took him out so they could blame the Myanmar military or rebels. Remember, the UNs main objective is to disarm sovereign governments and armies as well as individuals (individuals have long been disarmed through oppressive regimes). They want to be the only armed force and people in the world, eventually.
