TIME FOR MY UPDATE ON COURT....I DECIDED TO START A NEW POST BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN AN UNBELIVABLE DAY.....

FIRST I GET TO COURT 1 HOUR AHEAD OF TIME.....MY FATHER SHOWED UP FOR SUPPORT....SUDDENLY ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WITH COURT START SHOWING UP AND WE CHAT FOR AWHILE...THEN THEIR LAWYERS STARTED SHOWING UP AND IT WAS ME AND MY DAD.....I START TO WORRY BECAUSE ITS 5 MINUTES TIL COURT AND MY LAWYER STILL ISNT THERE,,,,WE PLACE AT LEAST 10 CALLS TO THE OFFICE AND NO ANSWER....WE LEAVE MESSAGES.....THEN COURT STARTS AND I AM THE FORTH CASE ON THE DOCKET....BY THIS TIME I AM A COMPLETE BASKET CASE.....WHERE THE FUCK IS MY LAWYER I PAID 1000 BUCKS TO RETAIN AT???MY FATHER IS OUTSIDE CONSTANTLY CALLING WHILE I WAIT INSIDE....FINALLY THEY CALL MY CASE AND I HAVE NO LAWYER(WHICH MY WIFE SEEMS TO FIND AMUSING AS HELL : )...THE JUDGE IS A JUDGE JUDY CLONE WHO HAS BEEN ON EVERYONES ASS WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY TURN...AT THIS POINT I AM SCARED SHITLESS,RIGHTFULLY SO.....WIFES LAWYER SAYS TO THE JUDGE,HE DOESNT NEED HIS LAWYER,THIS IS BASIC SUPPORT AND ALIMONY....I SAY I WANT TO DISPUTE THEIR TOTALS AS I FOUND THEM INNACCURATE....THE JUDGE IS VISIBLY UPSET BY THE WHOLE MESS AND IS READY TO GO AHEAD WITH MY RAPING WHEN MY DAD RE-ENTERS AND SAYS HE GOT IN TOUCH WITH MY LAWYER...HE SAYS HE IS ON THE WAY SO SHE SAYS WE GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DOCKET AND CAN WAIT ON HIM.....

HE FINALLY GETS THERE DRESSED IN JEANS AND A T-SHIRT....IT SEEMS HIS SECRETARY FAILED TO PUT MY COURT DATE ON HIS SCHEDULE SO HE DIDNT KNOW HE HAD COURT TODAY....THE JUDGE TOLD HIM TO GET THERE IMMEDIATELY NO MATTER WHAT HE WAS WEARING...I WAS SO MAD I WANTED TO STRANGLE HIM...AS WE WAIT OUR TURN WE DISCESS THE CASE AND HE TELLS ME IM FUCKED...BY TENNESSEE LAW....

HE DOES GET WIFE TO BACK OFF WANTING 1/2 HER UTILITIES PAID BY ME FOR 2 YEARS,WHICH IS A RELIEF...BUT I FIND OUT I WILL PAY 900 A MONTH FOR CHILD SUPPORT(THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR MAKING NEAR 100K A YEAR )....I CALM DOWN AND SAY WHAT ABOUT ALIMONY?
HE SAYS I HAVE TO PAY THAT TOO,BECAUSE IF I FOUGHT IT ,BY LAW THE JUDGE COULD MAKE IT LIKE 800 A MONTH FOR THAT....AT THIS POINT I AM FURIOUS...AND SAY I DONT GIVE A FUCK,I AINT PAYING THAT SHIT...I WILL FIGHT IT....SO HE GOES AND TALKS TO HER LAWYER AND THEY AGREE TO MAKE IT 200 INSTEAD OF 3....I ACCEPT THIS BECAUSE MY LAWYER SAID IT WAS TEMPORARY TIL THE FINAL DIVORCE DECREE...

SO THEN I PUT VASELINE AROUND MY ASSHOLE AND TOOK MY FUCKING LIKE A MAN(NO HOMO)...BUT AS MY SAVING GRACE MY WIFE DECIDES NOT TO CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR APRIL,SO I DONT OWE ANY BACK PAY..AND I GOT GOOD VISITATION WITH MY KIDS... :cool: ...AT THIS POINT I AM STILL PISSED BUT ITS OVER,OR SO I THINK,MY BAD DAY HAS JUST STARTED...

I AM DRIVING HOME AND STOP AT MCDONALDS TO EAT...I GO INSIDE AND SIT DOWN TO BE ALONE....WHILE I AM EATING I KNOCK OVER MY PEPSI AND SPILL IT ALL OVER MY SUIT EVEN DOWN INTO MY SHOES....I REALLY WANTED TO CRY AT THIS POINT...AS I AM CLEANING UP THIS HOT CHICK WALKS OVER AND HELPS ME... :knockout: ...HEHE MAYBE MY DAY IS LOOKING UP...WE TALK FOR A SEC AND SHE GIVES ME HER NUMBER(WHICH I TAKE ONLY IN A FRIENDLY GESTURE... :rolleyes: AS I AM STILL MARRIED)...SO I AM HAPPY FOR 5 MINUTES....ON THE DRIVE HOME THE UNTHINKABLE HAPPENS.....FLAT TIRE......HERTE I AM IN MY $800 SUIT COVERED IN PEPSI CHANGING A TIRE ON THE SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE...AT THIS POINT I DID CRY...(REAL MEN DO CRY SOMETIMES)...FINALLY I GET HOME ,STRIP OFF MY CLOTHES,CRACK A 40 AND HERE I AM,ENTERTAINING THE MASSES....

im sorry you had to take it like a woman homie.. U ever thought about getting full custiody? if u had that on the table u could use it as barganing.I know you coulda won full custody with the defense of "if this woman needs MY paycheck to get by, what makes you so sure she could take care of any children? I might as well have custody until she can "get on her feet" turn it back around on her.the more time you have documented with your kids the less child support you will pay. I only pay 373 on a 2000 dollar a month income.

so u have to pay $900 a month for child support, $200 for alimony, and you get "good" visitation rights just because she didnt want to be w/ you anymore. after only one day of court that's the ruling of the courth? you didnt even try to get your kids homie

this was basically a preliminary hearing to set those until we get the case settled....they said the kids are to stay with wife until a decision is made.....anyone who knows me on here knows that I DO NOT ACCEPT DEFEAT AND IM RESILIANT AS HELL....NOTHING IS SETTLED IN CONCRETE AND THE DIVORCE ISNT FINAL OR I WOULD BE OVER AT THE WIFE SISTERS HOUSE GETTING MY DICK SUCKED RIGHT NOW...THIS WAS A MINOR SETBACK FOR THE TIME BEING THAT SNOWBALLED INTO A MAJOR FUCKIN HEADACHE...TRUS ME,ILL NEVER GIVE UP ON THIS SHIT....I WILL FIGHT FOR MY KIDS WHEN ITS MY TURN....SADLY,DUE TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM,I HAVE TO WAIT....I LOST A BATTLE TODAY BUT HOPEFULLY THE WAR WILL BE MINE FOR THE TAKING....

AND TO EVERYONE ELSE,YALL KNOW IM GONNA KEEP MY HEAD UP....I GOT HITS TO MAKE,HATERS TO SHAKE,AND WHEN THE DIVORCE IS FINAL,NEW BITCHES TO BREAK....

Damn man, that's too bad about havin to pay alimony. But that's great that you have good visitation with your kids. That whole story seems like a drama sitcom. Your lawyer should be slapped and so should his secretary. The flat tire sucks though, dealing with that is always a hassle. But the girl's # and the 40 are good. Good luck with all that.

I know when my folks split, my mom and dad went through a 4 or 5 year period of absolute insanity where me and my brother pretty much had to take care of ourselves. It turns out that money was the reason that they were both going nuts (my dad was getting broke by my mom, and my mom couldn't afford to pay for me and my brother - go figure).

All I gotta say is worry about your kids, man. Worry about your kids. Fuck the money. Dont let it dictate your happiness.
