Its hard to call since everyone on death row claims they are innocent when its time to die. I respect what the man did when he changed his life around but despite being innocent of the crimes he was convicted of or not, you don't become the leader of the crips without doing some serious dirt you know. All I can say is RIP to everyone affected by this contravercy and I hope Tookies new message is heard by the kids who need to hear it.
i think the retarded kid your talking about was actually killed in arkansas by clinton in the days leading up to the 92 vote. the kid was 17 when he did the killing not when he got executed. he told the gaurds he wanted to save his desert forr later because he was full.

Yes, Clinton executed a mentally challenged man (who was a minor when the actual crime took place) but so did George W. Bush. As a matter of fact, Bush actually killed at least 5 retarded people, including one Oliver D. Cruz.
