i'm feelin what he's sayin tho.
i dont think itz the question of "should it?" cuz everybody knows it should and has to happen. i think itz more like, are these rapperz actually gonna put down and let go of they differences. Squash those divided areas and West up. To me this could happen over night easily... but are they willing to let it tho? These motha fuckaz are in the position to do what ever they want. and make shit happen. cuz all eyez are on them.

the one thing that seems to always be the biggest problem is, who is in charge of who is worthy? i mean 40,000 rappers in cali...... who is deemed worthy of reppin? who has the magic wand that say "wah lah you are a part if the one west movement"? i would just like to see the bay area take our best 5-10 artists and do something big. then link with l.a. and san diego and so on and so forth. keak got a deal at koch with cool features and only did 3500 units his first week out. and we settle for that shit. why? why does wayne sell 20k in the bay but our own artists get no love?
i think the problem is bigger than connecting with other areas. i think our problems start in our studios, and our streets and our clubs. until we can create a violence free, quality bay area music scene we will fail.

attack the radios, attack the consumers, start some controversy, make a ringtone single, do whatever you gotta do to get on, you dont need other niggas backin you who never backed you before just so your record sales could go up anutha 5 - 10k in the bay hahaa. niggas just suck, thats the problem and they dont appeal to the masses. the bay has alot of work to do IMO
