Believe it or not, NY isn't that hard anymore. The moment you set foot in BX or BK, there's a big ass banner that says "AREA UNDER POLICE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - THIS IS A DRUG FREE ZONE." I've gotten seatbelt fines without an officer in sight. Yonkers is probably the hardest borough, and it's not part of the city.

Probably the toughest hood I've been to would be in LA. So many ese's though, I thought they'd have a problem with me because I'm south american, but it's all to the good. I was impressed.
