Damn, believe me, I've been tempted to, but na... the trouble isn't worth it to me, I'd rather be poor, lol. My old man just got popped a few years back w/ just weed and now he's facing felony charges and the mfkrs are tryin' to take his house away and shit. And I know you'll say, "Well yer old man is a dumb fuck for gettin' caught." Well, the thing is, weather you wanna believe it or not... you will get caught ... weather its 10 years down the line or whatever, eventually you will get caught (shit, even dopeboyfresh got caught, lol).... I just aint gonna take that chance.

That's what you would think. But when you are set up or snitched on, its a whole nother story. Cops gave a description of the CI to my dad, we don't know anyone that fits the description which also included his age, sex, and criminal history. My dad only dealt to a total of like 5 people, two of which were neighbors and don't fit the description of the CI. Two others were close friends of my dad's and me and one was my ex bf's sister... all of which again... didn't fit the description of the CI who did the controlled buy.

My dad's dealing w/ it in court still... they're doin' somethin' called an omni-bus (sp?)... which is pretty much a fight to get the CI up on the stand and prove to the judge that whoever it is never knew my dad and never stepped a foot in the house. If we can prove that, I'm pretty sure they have nothin' left to do except drop the case.
