If u tryna bulk up u have to eat a lot of the "right" things mainly with protein. As far as creatine "Cell Mass" is good for post workout. Try takin "No Xplode" or "NO Shotgun" pre-workout for a lil energy boost and nitric oxide. But think more of nutrition with supplements. I only know this cuz my fiancee' bodybuilds and I'm a fitness nut, I stay in the gym.

Try www.bodybuilding.com It'll lace u on exercises and they sell supplements pretty cheap.

One thing Grandmasters or Master Martial Artists teach you, well first of all martial arts is an art of killing....ENE ways, no matter how strong a guy is or how buff a lame brain can be, you hit one of his critical points it's a wrap you have about 8 on the front of the face and a couple more in the back. A few around his neck, and joints and bones you can attack at the legs. Let him come swole, I'll still hit the points and break him down like a punk.

Yeah that roid rage is hilarious, I've witnessed a few guy's at my gym have fits and they always flush and red with bad acne...steroids aint worth it! That shit fucks ya kidneys up too.

yup.. ima skinny mothafucka too... im 6' 3" an only 155 pounds but im bulkin up quick, only been on it 5 days an i see myself gettin cut already... first day i had the runs like crazy... jus eat with it an it'll help that problem... drink it down with gatorade or sumthin else with carbohydrates an it'll help too..

Naw Im serious. Ive gained like 4 pounds since sunday.. I was barely reachin over 150 on the scale an now Im hittin 155 everytime i step on... im sure alot of it is water weight because thats what creatine does, hold more water in your muscles... but Ive been eating healthy an workin out an I can see the definition of my arms an abs shaping up already... maybe 'bulking up' was too big of an adjective lol but I do deff. notice a differance. An I can lift more now an more reps of it than I could 5 days ago as well.

If you fight with someone weighing 100 pounds more then you and he gives a you a clean punch on the jaw no matter how much technique you've got or how many "weak points" you know, highly likely you get knocked the fuck out.

Martial art is not an art of killing, some arts are for definition to take someone out on a quick way with out killing the opponend, believe it or not :cheeky:

For the people who use creatine, I would highly advice you to stop using that stuff. You can lift some more weight and you grow faster yes but this stuff is destructive aswell. It is destructive for your liver (which you only got one of) because it gets all the fluids it needs out of it. If I where u I would first sit down and take some time to read and gather some information about substances you put inside your body while excercising. It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor either.
If you really want to gain weight quicker maybe you should consider taking a weight gainer. But I would gather some info first before you take something, you only have one body man.
