If you fight with someone weighing 100 pounds more then you and he gives a you a clean punch on the jaw no matter how much technique you've got or how many "weak points" you know, highly likely you get knocked the fuck out.
Martial art is not an art of killing, some arts are for definition to take someone out on a quick way with out killing the opponend, believe it or not :cheeky:
For the people who use creatine, I would highly advice you to stop using that stuff. You can lift some more weight and you grow faster yes but this stuff is destructive aswell. It is destructive for your liver (which you only got one of) because it gets all the fluids it needs out of it. If I where u I would first sit down and take some time to read and gather some information about substances you put inside your body while excercising. It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor either.
If you really want to gain weight quicker maybe you should consider taking a weight gainer. But I would gather some info first before you take something, you only have one body man.
