i am always out so im always buying food...i used to go to taco bell seriously everday...i was addicted...now when i buy food i get beef jerky cuz its high in protein, hardly any fat and low calories...if you eat a whole bag ist like 300 calories and 3 grams of fat, hardly any carbs either...i also eat burritos a lot...just with beans cheese and rice though...and drink water or diet soda if i have to get soda

ive been going to the gym 5-6 times a week since january doing a lot of cardio...i started lifting about a month ago...i was 320...now im about 245...i also stopped eating taco bell and pizza is fucking horrible...eat 5 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones a day
