Anyone who likes the movie should pic up the novella by Steven King called Different Seasons. It has both Stand By Me (The Body) and The Shawshank Redemption (Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption) in it. A lot of people don't even know that Steven King wrote those two stories. Great stories and movies.

Apt Pupil and The Breathing Method are the other two stories in the book. I guess Apt Pupil was made into a movie in 1998. I have never seen it though.

ive been going to the gym 5-6 times a week since january doing a lot of cardio...i started lifting about a month ago...i was 320...now im about 245...i also stopped eating taco bell and pizza is fucking horrible...eat 5 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones a day
