I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT SOULJA BOY WILL HAVE 10 OR MORE ALBUMS AND HAVE A LONG CAREER LIKE SPICE OR ICE-T. BOTH OF WHOM ARE LEGENDS. SOULJA BOY IS MAKIN LOTS OF MONEY AND IS WELL KNOWN AMOUNG THE YOUNG CROWD, BUT I SERIOUSLY DOUBT HE'LL HAVE A LASTING IMPRESSION ON MUSIC AND MIGHT END UP AS A ONE HIT WONDER TYPE OF ARTIST. SPICE AND ICE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SPEAK ON THIS RAP GAME THAT THEY HELPED TO CREATE
Aint no way u can mention Will & Soulja Boy in the breath. Sure Will is garbage on the mic now but when he first hit the scene in the mid 80's dude had good ass music. He was not a gimmick rapper & far from a one hit wonder.
He also had one of the best debuts in 80's.
The song Summer Time is a real classic. I always hated the song but that song gets action till this day & it came out 17-18 years ago.
Like I said I don't like his music but in the 80's I couldn't deny how good of an emcee he was. He brought good, fun lyrics & a lot of charisma to his raps. Aint nothing good or fun about Souljas lyrics & he's a coon.
And I'm just talking about Will Smiths music. His other accomplishments put him on another planet from damn near any rapper-ever.

as far as being a coon, thats for you to decide,

As far as Parents Just Don't Understand...... That shit came out over 20-22 years ago. That shit was good for its time. Look @ what Soulja Boys doing now!
I wouldn't expect u to understand Fresh Prince music from back in the day cuz ur only 19 years old & was still in ya daddys nut sacks when it dropped. I know ur a Soulja Boy fan so I'll ease up on you.
How is Will Smiths career about to colapse? Yeah he playing weak ass movies right now IMO but he's a respected actor in Hollywood & u can't knock him for that. A lot of the roles he get originally would of been for respected white actors. Some of the shit he play in u wouldn't even expect a nigga would of been casted for them roles. I Am Legend & I Robot are prime example.

I SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH ICE TELLING SOULJA BOY TO EAT A DICK IF HE HONESTLY FELT LIKE SOULJA BOY HAD RUINED RAP. ICE-T IS A FACTOR TO RAP MUSIC AND IF HE FELT LIKE SOMEONE WAS RUINING IT I CAN SEE WHY HE WOULD BE ANGRY. HOWEVER AFTER SOULJA BOY WAS CLOWNING ON YOUTUBE I THOUGHT ICE-T CAME BACK A LITTLE WEAK HE SHOULD'VE MASHED ON THAT CAT. IT'S GOOD TO SEE SPICE-1 RIDING FOR ICE-T THOUGH.
Yeah Ice T, Spice 1, and others are some who have had a big impact on hip-hop/rap from the beginning and are legends. But at the same time why single out Soulja Boy for the problem with the way the rap game is turning out. Yes, the shit that he is making is terrible, but there are much more and much bigger problems (artists) out there. In 2-3 years no one will remember who the fuck Soulja Boy is, but there are artists that are making a lasting impression in the mainstream rap circuit that are also making shit just as garbage. Let the little boy make the music for the kids. He's making the shit for 13-14 years olds and those are the main ones buying it (I hope), so let it be. Just my opinion. Its just funny as hell to sit back and watch these videos and shit online about these rappers going at it for nothing. Soulja Boy will be gone in the next few years, so Ice T (or whomever else) is really just wasting his time even speaking on the situation.
ONE THING MANY PEOPLE DONT KNOW IS HOW SOULJA BOY FIRST GOT BIG EVEN BEFORE HE WAS SIGNED. HE USED TO TAKE HIS SONGS AND LABLE THEM WITH BIG NAME ARTISTS LIKE BEYONCE OR 50 CENT, THEN HE WOULD UPLOAD THEM ALL OVER SHIT LIKE LIMEWIRE AND MORPHEUS SO WHEN PEOPLE WOULD DOWNLOAD WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS 50 OR BEYONCE THEY WOULD GO TO LISTEN TO IT AND IT WOULD BE THIS KID NAMED SOULJA BOY INSTEAD. HE HAD MILLIONS OF MYSPACE HITS BEFORE HE EVER GOT SIGNED. ITS QUITE INGENIOUS IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT.
